PRAYER, THE KEY TO UNLOCK DOORS

prayer

Introduction

Prayer is a form of communication with God. It’s an important part of our lives, and we need to be praying regularly. The Lord encourages us to pray always and not give up. Pray silently and also with loud voice. Offer sincere prayer in faith, believing that God will answer your prayer. Use the words given by God to guide you in prayer (Matthew 6:7-9). Be specific about what you want from God (Colossians 4:6). Be patient, watch for answers over time as well as wait for them patiently until then!”

Prayer is a form of communication with God.

Prayer is a form of communication with God. It is a way to talk to God and express our thoughts, feelings and needs.

Prayer can be done alone or with others in church, at home or at work. It can be private or public prayer (i.e., group prayer). We are encouraged by the Bible that we should pray together as a community when possible (1 Cor 14:26).

The Lord encourages us to pray always and not give up.

Prayer is the communication with God. It’s a way of communicating with Him, and it should be done all the time. You can’t give up on prayer, because in order to pray you need to believe that there is an answer to your prayers. Praying always helps us keep our faith alive and strong. Prayer helps us understand our relationship with God better, which makes us closer to Him in faith and love; this leads us further into His presence where He lives (John 14:23).

Prayer also helps us in times of need or distress because when we ask for help from God He will provide what we need if we are willing enoughtly humble ourselves before Him!

Pray silently and also with loud voice.

While prayer is one of the most important things you can do with your life, it’s also important to know how to pray. Prayer is an intimate conversation between God and yourself that everyone can have when they want it and in their own way.

  • Pray silently—you don’t need anyone else around for this one! Just sit down and open up your heart as you think about what God wants for you right now. You don’t need words at all; just let go of all judgmental thoughts so that whatever comes out will be pure and true from the heart.
  • Then turn toward others who may be listening quietly nearby (or even watching over us). Ask them if they would like some time alone together before we head home tonight—and afterward, I hope we’ll have an opportunity again soon!

Pray for others than yourself.

Pray for others than yourself. Pray for the sick, the dying and those who have no one to care for them. You might be thinking to yourself: “I don’t have time to pray! I need food in my belly!” But this is where you are wrong. The Bible says that people who don’t know how to pray should ask Jesus Christ into their hearts (Matthew 6:9). If we do not know how then God will show us how by giving us His Holy Spirit so our lives can be changed by His love through Jesus Christ (John 3:16).

Praying helps us connect with others because it allows us to see our similarities instead of our differences; it gives hope when we are down; it brings joy when things seem hopeless; it keeps us strong when times are tough; and most importantly…it draws people closer together through prayer circles which bring communities together

Offer sincere prayer in faith, believing that God will answer your prayer.

  • Offer sincere prayer in faith, believing that God will answer your prayer.
  • Pray with your whole heart.
  • Pray with your whole being.
  • Pray with your whole mind.
  • Pray with your whole strength (physical or spiritual). For example: I am going to ask God for help today; I don’t know what kind of help but I know He has the power and this is something He can do for me!

Use the words given by God to guide you in prayer.

In order to have a fruitful prayer life, it’s important to use the words given by God to guide you in prayer. When we pray, we should be speaking in terms of how God can help us and not just how He has already helped us. We need to learn how He wants us to pray so that our prayers will be effective and meaningful.

Be specific about what you want from God.

If you want something from God and ask for it, don’t be surprised if he doesn’t answer your prayer in the way that you expect. He may answer it in a way that isn’t what you think it should be. Or maybe he’s going to answer your prayer but not tell you about it until after the event has happened—and even then he won’t tell anyone else either! So give this prayer thing a shot; maybe God will surprise us all with how cool his plan is for our lives!

Be patient, watch and wait for answers to your prayers.

You may feel that you’re asking God to do something, but it’s really God who is asking you. When praying, don’t try to push a situation or action onto God—instead, let your prayer be an expression of faith in Him.

The point of prayer isn’t simply to get an answer; it’s also about being in relationship with the One who can provide answers (and lots more). Prayer doesn’t work through manipulation or coercion; instead, it involves dialogue with our Creator and Redeemer, who makes His will known through all things—including us as His creation!

God will always answer your prayers. Let Him direct you in prayer, which can strengthen your faith and bring peace to your soul.

Prayer is a form of communication with God. We can pray for others, ourselves and our families. The Bible says that we are to pray in faith—believing God will answer our prayers.[1]

Prayer can be done silently or out loud. You may choose to pray for others as well as yourself; there is no wrong way to pray! You may also want to write down your thoughts and feelings during your quiet time so they don’t get lost in the busyness of life.
